All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

Delivery
Our delivery timeframe is usually between 14 to 21 days, depending on your location and order processing. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow for some variation in delivery times due to factors such as location or unexpected delays.
Shipping & Returns

Package tracking allows you to monitor the status and location of your order as it is shipped to you. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use on the courier’s website to see updates on your package’s journey, including its estimated delivery date.

F12 Two-Post Lift Features:
Forward’s F12 two-post lift is gold certified with a 12,000 pound capacity for raising most passenger cars, trucks, and vans. With two heavy-duty push hydraulic cylinders designed to increase lift performance and minimize down-time. Cylinders are located in each column concealed within the carriage itself. Durable powder coat finish provides exceptional protection from the wears a shop will see over the years. Forward’s spring operated arm restraints are just one feature that keep these heavy duty lift arms constantly performing at their peak performance.
